Your pet needs a regular shampooing to keep their skin and coat healthy. Follow a pet shampooing with conditioner or a moisturizer treatment. When choosing shampoo, buy pet specific shampoo. Your dog and cat's skin has a different pH than yours.
It is also a good idea to brush your pet's coat regularly in the winter. Though we live in Florida, it still gets chilly. That means sometimes the heaters are on and the windows are closed. This can cause your pets skin to dry out. Brushing your pet's coat will stimulate the natural oils in their skin and keep them happier!

I have a puppy. He is Golden Retriever. I bought a puppy through a dog and puppy website called as e-dogsite. I got many tips to handle my puppy related to his health, food, grooming and training from the same site. But Golden Retriever don’t has thick hairy coat on them. So will it be okay to comb his hair daily and especially during winter.
